I am a mental trainer and coach and help people find more peace, clarity and trust in themselves. With easyStep, I combine mental training, mindfulness, experience of nature and creative formats that make personal development tangible in a simple and everyday way.

My offerings range from forest bathing, mindfulness and nature experiences to “jewelry with meaning” workshops. It is not about performance, but about consciously getting away from everyday life, relaxing and taking something personal with you.

Nature formats focus on deceleration, body awareness, breathing and a conscious connection with nature. The courses are mostly held outdoors and in small groups.

In “Schmuck mit Sinn” I combine intuitive design with personal reflection. The participants choose from various gemstones and natural materials and design their own bracelet based on a thought, goal or life theme — a personal unique item with meaning.

Private groups, groups of friends, teams and companies can also book individual formats - from a mindful experience of nature to a joint jewelry workshop.

My mission is to create spaces in which people can stop functioning constantly, come back to themselves more consciously and move on with more peace, clarity or new inspiration.
