I am a mental trainer and coach and help people find more peace, clarity and trust in themselves again. With easyStep, I combine mental training, mindfulness, experience of nature and gentle methods for self-regulation.

My mission is to show people simple and effective ways to get out of constant functioning and return to themselves more consciously. This often requires not much effort, but a first mindful step: out of the head, into the body, into breathing and into connection with nature.

My passion for mindfulness and work in nature was born from my own experience of how powerful quiet moments in the countryside can be. The forest, trees, fresh air and conscious walking create a space in which inner tension can be released more easily. It is precisely this space that I would like to open up with my offers.

Location

My courses mostly take place outdoors — for example in Auer-Welsbach Park in Vienna or at selected locations close to nature. Nature itself is the most important “location”: trees, paths, meadows, bird sounds and fresh air are deliberately included in the exercises.

The meeting points are easily accessible and are suitable for small groups who want to travel mindfully in a quiet atmosphere. Depending on the offer, I work with groups of around 4 to 12 people. This leaves enough room for personal perception, exchange and a pleasant group dynamic.

Since the events take place outdoors, no special equipment is required. Comfortable clothing, weather-appropriate shoes and something to drink are enough.

Classes and events

My courses combine mindfulness, perception of nature, breathing exercises, conscious walking and simple mental impulses. The focus is not on performance, but on deceleration, inner peace and the conscious experience of the moment.

The combination of gentle guidance, contact with nature and exercises suitable for everyday use is special. Participants do not need any previous experience. Each exercise is simple, clearly guided and designed in such a way that it can also be used again later in everyday life.

Offers such as “Morning Dew & Mindfulness” or forest bathing are particularly suitable for people who have a lot on their mind, want to reduce stress or are longing for a conscious new start. The aim is to come out of the experience with more peace, clarity and new energy.

Team events and private events

Yes, I also offer private events and individual group formats. These are suitable for groups of friends, couples, families, teams or companies who want to experience a mindful break in nature together.

These events are particularly valuable for groups because they create a different space for meeting: away from everyday life, away from the screen and mobile phone, into a calmer and more conscious form of togetherness. Walking together, quiet moments of nature and simple impulses for reflection promote relaxation, presence and connection.

Private events can be individually adjusted depending on the group, occasion and desired duration — from a quiet mindfulness walk to a more intensive forest bathing experience with mental impulses.
